Where We Ship
XO Book Co. ships within New Zealand only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: NZD $12.00
- Free Shipping: On all orders over NZD $110.00

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding holidays, when order processing may be delayed until the shop reopens. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times within New Zealand:
- North Island: 2–4 business days
- South Island: 3–6 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods (e.g., Christmas, public holidays).

PO Boxes & Rural Delivery
We ship to PO Boxes and rural addresses. Rural delivery may take additional time and could incur extra charges depending on your location.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel's journey.
